Ingredients
- 16 chicken wings
- 100g flour
- 1 tsp sweet paprika
- 400g ketchup
- 2 pinches hot paprika
- 100ml bourbon
- 3 tbsp margarine
- Vivo Maxi for frying
- Salt, pepper
Preparation
1. Season the wings with salt, pepper and paprika.
2. Flour and fry all sides of the chicken wings in hot Vivo Maxi oil. During sautéing, pour butter, ketchup, hot paprika and whiskey into a pan and let the mixture slowly simmer for 5’.
3. Once the wings are fried, dip them in the sauce.
You may serve them with slices of cucumber and carrot.
