Ingredients
- 500gr boiled cod
- 3 slices of bread
- 250ml milk
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- ½ bunch spear mint
- 1 bunch parsley
- Salt, pepper
- Vivo Cotton for frying.
Preparation
1. Soak bread in milk.
2. Mix together the mayonnaise, mustard, lemon, mint, parsley, salt and pepper.
3. Add the flour at the end, so that the dough becomes elastic.
4. Shape into small fish balls. If the dough sticks onto your hands, add some flour.
5. Fry the fish balls in Vivo Cotton oil, little by little so that the oil temperature remains constant. Serve with green salad.
