{"id":4660,"date":"2015-04-16T11:05:04","date_gmt":"2015-04-16T09:05:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.hfo.gr\/?post_type=recipe&#038;p=4660"},"modified":"2015-04-28T11:59:03","modified_gmt":"2015-04-28T09:59:03","slug":"flavored-pork-fillet-tenderloin","status":"publish","type":"recipe","link":"https:\/\/www.hfo.gr\/en\/recipe\/flavored-pork-fillet-tenderloin\/","title":{"rendered":"Flavored pork fillet (tenderloin)"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Calories: 400<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Difficulty: 5<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Time: 20\u0384<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3 pork fillets, 250gr each, cut in thick slices of appr. 2cm.<\/li>\n<li>5 tbsp all-purpose flour<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp allspice powder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd tsp coriander powder<\/li>\n<li>1 onion, finely chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, crushed<\/li>\n<li>40ml Sparta Gold extra virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>200ml wine Mavrodaphne (sweet red wine)<\/li>\n<li>40ml <a title=\"Balsamic Vinegar\" href=\"https:\/\/www.hfo.gr\/en\/product\/balsamic-vinegar\/\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"color: #008000;\"><strong>Sparta Delicatessen balsamic vinegar <\/strong><\/span><\/a><\/li>\n<li>Salt, freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>2 sprigs of rosemary, a pinch of coarse salt and a pinch of allspice for garnish.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparation<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>1.<\/strong> In a large bowl mix the flour, allspice, coriander and pepper. Flour the pork slices with this mixture and shake well to get rid of the excess flour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2.<\/strong> Take a large skillet and heat the Sparta Gold oil over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 the onion for 2\u2019 until wilted. Add the garlic, stir for 1\u2019-2\u2019 and then put the meat. Saut\u00e9 both side of the pork for 2\u2019. Pour Mavrodaphne and <strong>Sparta balsamic vinegar<\/strong>, lower heat and cook for 7\u2019-8\u2019 until the meat is tender. If you do not have large skillet, divide the above ingreients into two doses and preheat the oven to 50<sup>\u03bf<\/sup> C. Put the first dose in a bowl and place it in the oven until the second dose is ready.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3.<\/strong> Your delicious food is ready, sprinkle with coarse salt, allspice and rosemary and serve with fried potatoes or rice.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Calories: 400 Difficulty: 5 Time: 20\u0384 &nbsp;
