- 200g all-purpose flour
- 1 egg white
- 200ml sparkling water
- Vivo Colza for frying
1. Put the flour in a bowl, form a little puddle in the middle and pour the egg white. Add salt and pepper and stir well with an egg whisk.
2. Gradually, pour the sparkling water until the mixture is homogeneous.
3. Dip whatever you want to fry, like vegetables and fish, and fry with Vivo Colza.
