- 1 black baguette, sliced
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 tbsp Kalamon Sparta Delicatessen olive paste
- ½ bunch arugula
- 1 tbsp basil, chopped
- 3 tsp Sparta Delicatessen capers
- 1tbsp Sparta Gold extra virgin olive oil
1. Toast the slices of black bread.
2. Spread the olive paste Sparta over the slices.
3. Mix the freshly grated tomato with basil and oil. Add the mixture on slices.
4. Place one arugula leaf on each slice and sprinkle with some capers to finish the dish.
