- 4 schnitzel pieces
- 1 egg, beaten
- 200g flour, sifted
- 200g breadcrumbs, grated
- 1 tsp paprika
- Aigli pomace oil
In case you intend to fry your foods with olive oil, it is highly recommended to use pomace oil Aigli. Indeed, it is healthier option compared to the use of solid fats.
1. Place flour in a dish and toast in another. Whisk the egg with salt, pepper and paprika in a bowl.
2. Heat the pan over high heat and pour Aigli pomace oil. Dip one by one the schnitzel pieces in the bread crumbs, then in the egg and lastly in the flour, and put them in the pan. Once they get a brown color on each side, drain them on absorbent paper and serve with mashed potatoes or granular rice.
