Ingredients

  • 3/4 kg fresh medium sized shrimp, peeled. You may keep the tails.
  • 1 pasta package, preferably spaghetti
  • 4 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 100ml white wine
  • 2 tomatoes, chopped into small pieces
  • 2 tbs mustard
  • 2 tbs butter
  • 60ml organic extra virgin olive oil Doron
  • Salt and freshly ground pepper
  • Optionally, 1/2 brunch parsley for sprinkling, chopped

 

Preparation

1. Boil the pasta according to its package instructions.

2. In a frying pan, put olive oil Doron and the crushed garlic.

3. Add the peeled shrimps and saute briefly.

4. Add the seasonings and then the white wine.

5. Once evaporated, put the grated tomatoes, mustard and butter in the pan and mix well.

6. Pour water and let the sauce boiling over low heat for 20 minutes. Do not afraid if the sauce is slightly thin.

7. Finally, add pasta to the pan and combine all the materials together. Sprinkle with freshly ground pepper and optionally with parsley.
